We place the greatest emphasis on the hiring of top-quality face-to-face interviewers, contents of interviewer training, project briefing, and fieldwork control. To maintain and continuously improve fieldwork quality, interviewer briefing and supervision are centralized by our fieldwork supervisors in our Tokyo office.

We have fieldwork hubs in eight major cities, with a total of eight supervisors and 320 contracted home-visit interviewers in place.
In Tokyo, we have 150 home-visit interviewers, operating under the direct supervision of TNS-Infoplan staff workers. Osaka has two supervisors controlling 100 home-visit interviewers.
A team of interviewers dedicated to central location projects are stationed in Tokyo and Osaka respectively.
